We ship to all countries in the world. Shipping usually takes 3-4 days to any country. We have a Ready-to-ship range of products that can be shipped in 24 hours of placing an order. Our Shipping Partners are FedEx, DHL and India Postal Service.
All Shipment will be delivered within 3-4 working days. It can also take 2-3 days more for few zip codes. Every shipment goes out with a tracking number and our shipment partner website will update confirmation upon the date of arrival of your shipment.
We hope that our precious customers agree the following shipping policies –
- The shipping address can’t be changed after placing an order. So please fill the mailing address very carefully.
- If you wish to order different products to be delivered at different addresses, kindly place different orders for each shipping address.
- If the delivery packages are return back to us due to the reasons on the part of the customers like wrong or incomplete address, unclaimed or refuse delivery or house found locked, the customer subject to pay 25% restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by shrivrindavan.in to send and return back the shipment and also the penalty charges by the courier company. The customer will have to bear the shipping charges for the reshipment in case of a reshipment of the same order.
- We try our best to deliver the shipment as soon as possible. But shrivrindavan.in is not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the shipment to the customers, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
- If your have ordered more than one item, you may receive in multiple boxes on different days because of product availability and shipping locations. Often products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.
- All international shipment would be processed within 1 or 2 working days and will be shipped through international courier company.
- Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days from the date of dispatch. However there may be delay in delivering to remote areas/ villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
- After shipping the parcel from our location, we will send you shippers reference number (Docket Number) along with the courier company detail on your contact number or by mail.
- You can track the status of your package on the courier company website by docket number.
- Shrivrindavan.in is committed to deliver the goods to you in time and in good condition, however we have limited liability in case of any loss of goods during transit. The carrier will bear any loss in transit only to an extend of a limit that may change from time to time.
Our purpose is to achieve 100% satisfied customers. But for some unfortunate reasons if you are not satisfied by our products or services we are ready to find a solution for your satisfaction. Please have a look at our easy return policy.
Please note that 5% to 10% variation in color is considered as normal as there are difference in the color of actual product from that seen in a picture or on screen due to light effects.
For some countries, if the need arises, our carrier will have to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Any additional taxes, import duties or custom charges in the process will be charges from you. You are liable to pay the carrier for those charges in such cases.
So we recommend that you will be aware of the laws and regulations governing the import of goods in the country where you want the items shipped.
The customer is responsible for customs clearance within the stipulated time failing which the goods would be destroyed by the custom department and no refund would be considered.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on –
- Weight/Dimensional weight, whichever is higher [dimensions of your package, after final packaging. Standard formulate for every courier company is L x W x H (Length, Width, Height) in cms/5000] = dimensional weight.
- Your location.
